Probably depends on how tight you like them to fit. They're sizing charts for women are usually pretty on point. I've always followed the chart and never had an issue.

For sure go F2. I'm 5'1 and 115 pounds. I have the F2 and it's perfect. It was a little bit big for my liking when I got it because I prefer mine to feel pretty fitted so I wash it and dry it. Being able to dry it also really helps with convenience.
