Keiko Raca Limited Edition Black Gi

I've got the blue one, also courtesy of bjjhq. I love it. If it helps anyone with sizes, I'm 5'10.5", 155 lbs. I went with the A2, didn't (deliberately) shrink it at all, and it fits very well. If you're any taller, though, go up to A3. I wish I could justify getting the black one today.

I've had this gi since the last time BJJHQ offered it (about six months?). It's my second gi, and I love it. I've worn it at least weekly ever since, and, aside from some stains here and there, it has held up perfectly. My only concern would be that if this is what you get used to, every other gi is gonna feel like a lead weight. In comparison, my keiko raca gi (which i had no complaints about before) now feels like it's made out chain-mail lined with sand paper. Still, I recommend the hell out of this.

Totally agree.... but devil's-advocate-y counterpoint: I *also* don't need all the English text - especially when it just says "jiu jitsu," as though I'm gonna start playing tennis on the mats if my gi doesn't remind me explicitly what sport I'm there for. At least the Japanese text has some mystery to my monoglot brain, even if the mystery is just, "Does my lapel say 'cheeseburger?'"
