Gameness Flex Board Shorts

How are the size on these things? I once bought a pair of clinch gear shorts that were supposed to be 32 inch but we're huge when I got them, more like a 34. Wouldn't get any credit for them either. I don't want to make that mistake again.
Depending on the pant brand I could be a 30 or 32. I'm 5'11" and 165.

How do these run in size?
I'm a 32 in everything, but I once brought 32" Clinch from bjjhq that ran HUGE and wasn't allowed to exchange/retun.
Leery to buy something without knowing the fit....

BreakPoint Short Sleeve Rashguard

I agree with Nick. I love this rashguard and they fit TIGHT. I 'm 5'11" and 150lb, the medium fits like a second skin. I think I like it better than the NoGi Velox that used to be my "goto" brand. Wondering why its $32 this time...I bought it here for $25, about 3 months ago.

Storm Kimonos Typhoon BJJ Gi - Blue

Sizes look like they're for big guys. A3 is 5'9"-6'1" from 175-210 lb.
I'm 5;11" and 154...40" chest and 30" waist and monkey arms.
Anybody have opinions on the best fitting gi for us lean fighters?

Aaron, just a thought, but can you guys post the gi weight along with the sizing chart? I goes a long way in understanding how it will affect weigh ins...and to decode the differences between manufacturers' overuse of terms like "Light, Air, Feather...etc."

Fuji BJJ Kassen Pearl Weave White Gi

Pants run a tad short. I'm 5'11" and 165 lb. So I bought the Blue A3. Fits very snug and found that even though I have a long body and short legs, that the cuff rides slightly above my ankles.
So, if you're at the taller end of A3, you may consider an A4 and it won't be bad...it is a snug fit.
Hasn't shrunk, but I wash in COLD and hang to dry to preserve the deep blue colour.
Oh and a drawstring loop popped off after only one wear.
Otherwise, light, comfortable decent Gi.

Vulkan PRO Light Jiu-Jitsu Gi

All respects to the great stuff up here lately, but there's been a barrage of Gis lately. I could really use a few rashguards and agree a good gym bag would be cool. Something big enough for a gi, boxing gloves, focus mitts...cross training and all.
OR, how bout a "combo" deal, like shorts and a matching rashguard?

True Fightwear Short Sleeve Rashguard

You guys need to invest in a Blackberry friendly site, it is hard to navigate this on my BB, and not all the buttons work. Heck, better yet, can you build a BB app, that brings up that day's deal as soon as its posted and might even store information like sizes, shipping address and brand preferences...would be cool to be able to just click "buy" and have the BB app do the rest!

Zebra Roll-Out Mat

Hey, if anyone cares (and even if not), My Fuji Kassen Gi arrived exactly on time as promised. The A3 fits like a glove, and I am 5'11" 163 lbs. Any taller and the pants would be too short, any heavier and the jacket would be REAL snug. Looks amazing. Lighter than I expected. Since I usually train traditional JJ, (BJJ on occasion) I wear a very heavy Premium Judo Gi from Toraki with a rubber collar, so by comparison, this is summer weight to me!
Thanks to BJJHQ for a great gi at a great price and living up to its delivery promise.

Clinch Gear Elite Series Performance Shorts

Just swung by MMAHQ...what a bunch of ungrateful, whiny, badmouthed haters. Long live Jits!
Anyway, I'm hoping that I get my new blue Fuji on Aug 29th as indicated, but my order is still saying "Pre Processing"...which kinda means "haven't got to it yet"...doesn't it? Ah well, can't beat the price and FWIW, I think Aaron's doing a great job both here and MMAHQ. I can wait.

Has anyone tried to remove the ridiculously huge patches off this thing? Do they come off cleanly or does it f**k up the kimono? Looks like a great buy, I just hate flashy patches. Makes you look like a freaking NASCAR.

You like the Kassen? I bought the blue one here too and I'm not a fan. It stretches like hell when you've been rolling a while and my sparring partners love how much sleeve they can get on me. The collar is also not stiff enough either and the belt loops snapped off on the first roll.
Sure, Fujis are cheap, midweight (4.5lb for an A3, with belt) and comfortable, but don't compete in it. Strictly weekend warrior stuff.
I'm A3 in Kassen, 5'11" 150-165lb, while the kimono is like a glove, the pants are baggy.
Hard to find gis fro slim fighters like us!

Midhad, Check Redstar Kimonos and Kings. Both have Long sizes for us skinny guys. I have both and love them. I don't think they've partnered with BJJHQ yet though, but I know Redstar has an awesome promotion on right now.

Really tight! I am 5'10" and 150lbs and I have a medium. I really stretches to put it on and it clings like a second skin. I have Kings, Nogi Velox, Hayabusa...I like this one the best as far as fit (Nogi velox as a close second).
It is also very cool and breathable.
