Kinda looks like the Punisher. The Samurai graphics are cool but I think people would be lining up to choke me unconscious if came to class wearing this one!

Wouldn't mind seeing the Manto Muerto show up around here again though.

Wow! Looks great. What size recommendation for 5'10 and 197lbs? What would be the shrinkage? Is it preshrunk?

I hated this gi. It felt like wearing a sauna suit. Patch work started to shred after only a couple uses.

I'm pretty sure that this is the only place it's being sold and since it's only been on sale for a hour I have a hard time believing that you received it and wore it to a class already.

He's probably referring to an earlier model. All Platinum gis are lined with rashguard material.

I own multiple Platinum GI's, including some of the very first runs and have never had any problems with the patch work. I my self do not find the rashguard lining being hot. To be honest I actually prefer to train now with my Platinum GI's because I enjoy the feeling of the guard inside.

I purchased a Platinum Gi about 2 years ago and the patches do not rip nor does it get hot. I'm 5'6 150lbs and I always get an A1 that fits perfect. All around a quality Gi, for a reasonable price.
