I'm thinking they probably go small, medium, large and x-large - at least I'm hoping so - I got the 30-32 and my hubby wears a medium in spats and rashguards.....thanks Aaron - now hubby has matching spats to go with the Kenka Octopus rashguard that I bought him on here a month or so ago!!!!!!!!! :-)

My hubby is about 5'7 and competes in the like 162 bracket so I've always gotten him medium and they work - he wears a 32 in jeans so hopefully the 30-32 spats will work!

Seriously, wtf is wrong with BJJhq?
I have now had to create my THIRD accoutn here, just to order these spatz.
Just because I don't order for a few months doesn't mean my account should be cancelled or whatever. What a pain.
Anyways, glad I got these spatz but holy crap man, straighten out your site.

Found a pair of these 3 weeks ago after searching far and beyond, of course they show up two weeks after I get them in the mail for a cheaper rate haha. Bought another pair though, thanks BJJHQ.

    I'm 5'5", 33" waist, and 165 pounds. Should I go with 30-32 or 32-34?

I don't recommend going down a size for spats.

32-34. If you're right in between two sizes, I recommend going with the larger of the two when ordering spats.

Inseam and waist measurements would be helpful.

    I'd say go with 30-32 if you're a 30" waist.
