Where do you train?

I train in Madison, WI and it doesn't get all that hot in here. This gi breathes as well as my Fuji doubleweave judo gi, which isn't much. It's hot. Otherwise, a decent gi.

agreed, these suckers are hot. nothing like a true summerweight gi.

Camille is correct, this gi doesn't breath very well. Multiple new guys in my gym get this because its cheap but come summer time they always end up changing it out. It's still a VERY RELIABLE gi though.

The summerweights? Where?

You sure you don't mean the single weave? That one is cheaper than the summer weight.

Yeah, they don't sell summerweights anywhere for $74.99. I know what site he's talking about I believe.

Hahah, well, what can I say, I play by my own rules. I figured if it wasn't, then I'd email them to switch it or sell it to someone else.

thanks guys! I ended up switching for the A1 after searching around for some shrinkage stats. I'm pumped to have an actual well-fitting gi instead of the usual fits-me-like-a-paper-sack judogi.
