    She'd drown in an A1. I believe you're a textbook F1...but they don't have the women's sizes posted.

    I'm 5'2, 120.
You won't fit in an A0. The top will be too big. I would recommend waiting for an F1 to show up :)

@Val, you're an F1, no question about it!
@lille you should rock the F2.

Has anyone ordered over seas before? I bought a Gi on August 1st and just wanted to get an idea of how long I can expect shipping to take. Thanks!

Just checked. I purchased on 1 AUG, but didn't receive shipment notification until 10 AUG; UPS still has it tracked in Pre-Shipment?
    Any ideas?

It went UPS not USPS? It should be US address with APO for city, state info. Just $5 shipping that way. Email cs@bjjhq.com and we'll check into it.

A3 should be fine, you could intentionally shrink it too.

Man, i am torn between sizes... With 93 brand i am good with a A2H or an A4.. I have an A4 Grey Goose that fits me great and a A2H unbleached white that fits me great.. i had to get both a little tailored.. the A4 pants fit me way better for sure just had to hem, the A2H pants had to hem and taper.. ugh..

George - the women's size chart that you just posted here is radically different than the one on Rollmore for the same gi (http://www.rollmore.com/93-hooks-black.html). Size chart here says an F4 is 5'3-5'6 130-150, while Rollmore chart says an F4 is 5'7-5'11 150-180. Can you clarify which is correct since there are no returns?

    hey guys. 5'2" 145 lbs.

    F3 (5'4"-5'8", 130-155) will be too long, will I fit into an F2 (5'0"-5'4", 105-130)?

I currently have a gameness feather in F3 top F4 pants, and I'm swimming in the pants, the top is fairly comfortable though.

thats to note I had to shrink it ALOT to get it to fit. Before running it several times on hot wash/hot dry, it was way too large.

F3 is the best choice. The 2" height difference from 5'2" to 5'4" can be bridged by shrinking the Gi as needed. It's a better pick than getting the F2 and it potentially being to snug after washing :)

I would suggest the A1L and you will need to shrink it so it's not too wide around you or too long. The A1 will be too small after it shrink. The A1L should be perfect if you shrink to fit very carefully (and patiently). Try drying it on LOW heat for only 10-15 mins after the first wash. Keep an eye on it to make sure you only shrink it a bit at a time - that will help prevent warping. I warped my first Hooks gi a bit unfortunately (full cycle on high heat), but the second one I shrank just enough with no warping using the above method. Had to roll with it being a little large a few times though as I let it shrink to fit naturally after only a bit of time in the dryer.

The sizing looks the same as the Gotham gi which displays F sizes. I'm 5'7~8" 145lbs, athletic/busty and the F3 gotham's sleeves and pants are way too short; borderline for practicing in because it make gripping it just unfair for my partners. The shoulders and waist are good, though. I'd go for F4 at my size if that helps anyone.

this helps me because I'm 5'2" and was thinking about getting an F3 because of my weight (145). So if it's way too short on you maybe its an okay length on me!

I usually wear A2. Currently 200lb, and 5'8". Will this brand's A2 be okay? Or should I go for A2H and shrink it if its possible?

As long as you cold wash and hang dry, Cho-hon, it should be fine. If you prefer a traditional/looser fit, go A2H and shrink to fit. I'm not sure which Gi Genesic had, but the Hooks 2.0 is easier to shrink than most.

A1 vs F3 - is the women's cut just narrower, or are the sleeves and body a bit shorter as well? I have an A1 in the Hooks and the top is a bit wide as well as too long even after shrinking.

I have a womens cut gi and the differences I notice are that the waist is narrower, there is more butt room, and the shoulders are MUCH narrower than mens.
